She said “football”. Okay, maybe it was “oot-all” but she said it twice trying to repeat what I had said and Christina had no choice but to confirm. Next up, “Go Raiders”.
Kylie really is changing every day. It is pretty amazing. She seems to be very smart. Christina and I are really just counting the days until we head home. It is kind of too bad because this city would be a lot of fun to explore, but our rope attached to the hotel is just still so short. We are afraid to venture out for too long. Today we took her on a tuk-tuk (3 wheeled scooter taxi) for the first time and she started to cry as soon as we climbed on. It’s hard to take. So our routine is more or less to just wander the streets around our hotel.
We bought a DVD today of the movie “PS I Love You” which Christina says is still in theaters in the states. While we were buying it a police man started getting near and the ladies operating the little table on the sidewalk that they were selling from suddenly picked it up and took off down an alley. We had to follow them to get our DVD. If you’ve seen the Seinfeld where Kramer is in the movie bootleg biz, the production value of this DVD is pretty much exactly that. Very bad. It’s kind of funny.
Thank you to everybody for posting your comments. I think the main reason we are posting every day is that we like to read what everyone is writing.
And oh yeah, Kylie gave Christina a kiss today. Um, Mom liked that.

well, i notice kylie's clutching a 'oot-all' now--a little programming going on? a football loving fashion queen--who would have thought? i think it's amazing how fast she's changing too--you can totally see it in your photos. everybody is counting the days!! she should be home for max's second bday (sunday)--so we'll have many reasons to celebrate. love you
just don't teach her "Al Davis'. That would be bad parenting.
I really like the proud parent looks on you guys faces. You two as well as Kylie are looking more relaxed everyday.
Hi Justin Christine and Kylie. I am home now and finally got to catch up on your family forming adventure. It is so inspiring, pleasing and... reassuring...
It makes our situation seem so much more real, now I can see some friends doing what we will be doing soon. I hope our experience is as good as yours. Both of you look so fullfilled, and for good reason. You are a family. Finally.
From Scott.
Well James said he would leave a comment except that he can't even type on the computer. Anyway, it's so cool to see Kylie warming up to you! That must be very satisfying. We're looking forward to seeing you all!
love from Cary, Jeff & James
Welcome to the "raider nation" Kylie. Griswald, Maybe you will have some help drafting your "antasy oot-all" team this next season. God knows you could use it. Looking forward to your safe return.
You guys look so happy. I'm sure your "short leash" is getting a little frustrating. That's why your hearing words that sound like football. What your really hearing is "mall", "mall" right Christina?
Anyway, I was wondering what her stats are? How much is she weighing now? How tall is she? She sounds very bright, especially if she is saying "mall" already.
